The Chicago Office has an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist. This position is ideal for motivated and positive individuals with a passion for HR and experience with high-volume recruiting. This position assists with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, training, compliance, office management, and general administration. HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus but not required.
Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Intermediate computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- HR Employee relations & recruiting experience
